Comments:

This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a 24 inch long concrete monument with brass cap set flush with the ground, 9.3 feet (2.83m) west of back of curb, 12.4 feet (3.78m) northeast of a fire hydrant, 10.5 feet (3.20m) northeast of a man hole.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
