Comments:

This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a 24 inch long concrete monument with brass cap set flush with the ground, 15.0 feet (4.57m) northeast of center of power pole, 31.8 feet (9.69m) southeast of centerline of Mundy's Mill Road, 20.4 feet (6.22m) southwest of centerline of driveway of 939 Mundy's Mill Road.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
