Comments:

This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a disk set in an 8 inch diameter cylindrical concrete monument set flush with the ground, 17.1 feet (5.21m) northeast of northern most edge of pavement along southbound lanes of Ga. Hwy. 19 & 41, 35.7 feet (10.88m) southwest of southern most edge of pavement of northbound lanes of Ga. Hwy. 19 & 41, 127.3 feet (38.80m) southeast of edge of pavement along median crossing.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
