This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker. Mark is a 30 inch long concrete monument with brass cap set flush with ground, 77.9 feet (23.74m) southeast of the beginning of taper at edge of pavement of left turn lane on southbound side of U.S. Hwy. 19&41 - Tara Blvd., 110.7 feet (33.74m) north-northwest of center of cover on drop inlet, 21.1 feet (6.43m) west of centerline of northbound lanes of U.S. Hwy. 19&41 - Tara Blvd.
