This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a 24 inch long concrete monument with brass cap set flush with the ground, 18.9 feet (5.76m) southeast of centerline of Freeman Road, 65.9 feet (20.08m) southwest of Georgia Power company R/W monument.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
