Comments:

This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a disk set in the top of an 8 inch diameter concrete monument set flush with ground, 26.7 feet (8.14m) west of centerline of Freeman Road, 73.2 feet (22.31m) northwest of a fire hydrant across the road, 102.4 feet (31.21m) southwest of power pole across the road.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
