This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker. Mark is a 30 inch long concrete monument with brass cap set flush with ground, 77.5 feet (23.62m) northwest of the beginning of taper at edge of pavement of left turn lane on northbound side of U.S. Hwy. 19&41 - Tara Blvd., 19.5 feet (5.94m) northeast of centerline of southbound lanes of U.S. Hwy. 19&41 - Tara Blvd., 41.6 feet (12.68m) southwest of centerline of northbound lanes of U.S. Hwy. 19&41 - Tara Blvd.
