Comments:

This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a 24 inch long concrete marker with brass cap set flush with the ground, 36.3 feet (11.06m) northwest of centerline of Tara Road, 24.4 feet (7.44m) northeast of center of manhole cover in Roca Lane, 34.5 feet (10.52m) southeast of center of storm drain cover on northeast side of Roca Lane.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
