Comments:

This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a 24 inch long concrete monument with brass cap set flush with the ground, 24.5 feet (7.47m) northwest of centerline of Tara Road, 113 feet (34.44m) northeast of power pole, 177.6 feet (54.13m) southwest of a fire hydrant.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
