Comments:

This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Station is a disk set in the top of an 8 inch diameter concrete monument set flush with the ground, 44 feet (13.41m) southwest of centerline of southbound lanes of Hwy. 19&41, 60 feet (18.29m) north of center of power pole, 200.1 feet (60.99m) south of center of green "Weigh Station Next Right" sign.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
