Comments:

This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a 24 inch long concrete monument with brass cap set flush with ground, 18.4 feet (5.61m) northeast of back of curb, 17.4 feet (5.30m) northwest of R/W monument, 21.2 feet (6.46m) southwest of Bellsouth buried cable monument, 28.3 feet (8.63m) southwest of concrete signal pole.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
