Comments:

This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a 24 inch long concrete monument with brass cap set flush with the ground, 22.4 feet (6.82m) west of centerline of County Line Road, 51.2 feet (15.62m) north of fire hydrant, 45.7 feet (13.94m) southeast of lid to gas vault, 100.9 feet (30.75m) south of centerline of Plantation Parkway.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
