Comments:

This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a 24 inch long concrete monument with brass cap set flush with the ground, 49.0 feet (14.91m) south of centerline of driveway to shopping center, 58.4 feet (17.80m) east of centerline of County Line Road, 29.2 feet (8.88m) northeast of power pole, 33.8 feet (10.30m) southwest of end of curb for future expansion.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
