This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a 24 inch long concrete monument with brass cap set flush with the ground, 17.5 feet (5.34m) southeast of centerline of Northbridge Road, 41.7 feet (12.07m) southwest of power pole no. 6.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
