Comments:

This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a disk set in the top of a 7 inch diameter concrete monument set flush with the ground, 37.3 feet (11.37m) south of centerline of Hampton Road, 38 feet (11.58m) east of centerline of Panhandle Road, 15.2 feet (4.63m) southeast of cable television switch box, 19.3 feet (5.88m) southeast of power pole.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
