This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a 24 inch long concrete monument with brass cap set flush with the ground, 22.0 feet (6.70m) southeast of centerline of Upper Woolsey Road, 325.7 feet (99.27m) northeast of a stone sign base (Calvin Center Sign).

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
