Comments:

This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Station is a disk set in the top of 6 inch diameter concrete monument set flush with the ground, 32.5 feet (9.91m) east of centerline of Upper Woolsey Road, 26.7 feet (8.14m) southwest of a fire hydrant no. 1039, 37.0 feet (11.28m) southwest of power- pole.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
