Comments:

This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Station is a disk set in the top of a 6 inch diameter concrete monument set flush with the ground, 25.8 feet (7.86m) east of centerline of Upper Woolsey Road, 11.5 feet (3.51m) south of power pole, 19.3 feet (5.88m) southwest of guy wire anchor for power pole.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
